Are there any fees associated with the Traxxas gift cards?

No, you will only be charged the face value of the gift card. E-Gift cards are sent via e-mail and incur no shipping costs.
Can I change the value of a gift card after I’ve paid for it?

Not at this time.
Can I cancel the purchase of a gift card?

If your gift card has not been redeemed, you can cancel your purchased gift card within 4 hours of purchase by contacting customer support. Cancellation is subject to limitations.
Can I return a Traxxas gift card?

After the 4 hour cancellation period, gift cards cannot be returned and gift card sales are final.
Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.
When is my PayPal account charged for my purchase?

Your PayPal account is charged at the time of purchase.
When will I receive my e-gift card?

Your e-gift card will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours.
Most e-gift cards are sent within 8 to 12 hours of the purchase transaction.
What are the shipping options?

Where can I use my gift card?

You can use your gift card at www.traxxas.com and select retailers in the U.S. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
When does the gift card expire?

Traxxas gift cards do not expire.
Will an account maintenance fee be charged against the balance of my card?

No fees will be deducted from the balance of the card.
Can I reload my gift card after I’ve spent the full value?

Not at this time.

Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission will not be replaced, so please safeguard your card.
How much can I load on my gift card?

Traxxas gift cards may be purchased in amounts of $50–$500. Certain restrictions apply for orders that will be in excess of $2,000 in one day.
