1. Rod ends are binding or have developed play
    Replace the worn or binding rod ends and hollow ball connectors.
  2. Servo saver is worn out
    If steering becomes sluggish, or centering problems start to arise, replace the servo saver. (Rustler 3744 servo saver shown)
  3. Bushings in the steering bellcrank have developed play
    Replace the worn bellcrank bushings (Rustler bell crank shown)
  4. Bushings or ball bearings in wheel hubs are worn
    Inspect the bearings in the wheels to check for wear. If they have developed slop from wear, replace them with new bushings or ball bearings.
