Traxxas knows a thing or two about making tires that hook up, hang tough, and look great. The Sledgehammer is the latest red-hot upgrade for Rustler 4X4, Stampede 4X4, and Maxx. The Sledgehammer’s tall, square-edged tread elements are widely spaced to resist packing with mud or debris, and siped for even more tenacious grip. When installed on the Rustler 4X4 in place of the stock Talon™ EXT tires, the Sledgehammer’s larger diameter boosts ground clearance for even greater extreme-terrain capability. Sledgehammer tires come mounted on rugged, aggressively-styled wheels and they're TSM®-rated to withstand full-throttle brushless horsepower, run after run.
No other accessory transforms a TRX-4 trail truck as dramatically as Traxx! The tank-style Deep-Terrain treads are huge attention-getters on the trail, and take soft-terrain performance to whole new level for truly go-anywhere adventure. Traxx float over sand, snow, mud and other soft conditions that tires just can’t cope with. Each Traxx drive unit gets its own oil-filled rotation damper, and a combination of sealed bearings and self-lubricating bushings for all-weather reliability. Installation takes just minutes and requires no modifications, so it’s easy to switch from wheels to Traxx and back again.
Full-size or RC, every trucker wants a lift and taller tires for their rig. Traxxas makes it easy with the Long Arm Lift Kit. Everything you need to raise the chassis to accept 2.2″ tires is in the box, including longer GTS shocks, extended T-Lock cables, a lowered mount for the servo that preserves the correct Panhard bar geometry, a 10T pinion gear, and full-color instructions. Traxxas Canyon Trail 2.2″ tires are the perfect complement to the lifted look, and are available unmounted, glued to Sport wheels, or mounted on Method 105 beadlock wheels.

Super-slick GTR shocks are the ultimate suspension upgrade for the Slash, Stampede, and Rustler 2WD and 4WD models. These premium, race-spec dampers feature high-capacity aluminum bodies that are hard-anodized and PTFE-coated for near-zero friction between the piston and the bodies. To eliminate seal “stiction” and extend life, the shafts are TiN-coated, and they look awesome! Springs are sold separately to match your model’s suspension setup perfectly.
When your short-course driving style calls for maximum corner speed, stability, and steering responsiveness, a low center of gravity (CG) is essential. Traxxas makes it easy to drop the Slash and Slash 4X4’s chassis by a full inch and lower the CG for track-ready handling. Just install your truck’s front and rear suspension modules on the Low-CG chassis and swap the electronics over—everything drops right in with no mods required.
