Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Traxxas does not offer international shipping beyond Canada, however we maintain a worldwide dealer network. Visit our dealer locator to see if your country is listed, and search for your closest Traxxas dealer.

Q: Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
A: Yes! We have multiple shipping options available during the checkout process, including Guam and Puerto Rico. Please note: LiPo batteries cannot be shipped to these areas.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes! Click on the flag icon at the top of the page to select Canada. Prices will display in CAD and your shipping costs will include all duties and fees.

Q: Does Traxxas offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders over $99 receive free ground shipping to addresses in the continental USA. Smaller orders ship with a flat $5 shipping fee.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders ship in 24 hours and arrive in 3-8 business days.

Q: Can I get it sooner?
A: Certainly! We offer expedited shipping methods during the checkout process. *Orders containing LiPo batteries and nitro fuel cannot be expedited.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: No. You must have a physical shipping address.
